We decided to make this documentary so that all of the proceeds from it would go to the Poor Elijah Foundation, a non-profit started in memory of Delaney Bramlett to help mentor musicians. In order to do that we have to raise all of the films budget without investors. A big undertaking we know, but we feel that in the end it will be worth every penny we raise!!! So all funds raised via IndieGoGo (our online fundraiser) will go toward the production of the film scheduled to be released next year. This includes travel and accommodation for our small film crew, camera & lighting equipment rental, insurance, and rights clearances for news broadcasts, archival footage and music rights.
